West Madison Urgent Care accepts most private insurance plans and Medicare, however it is your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage and benefits.. All payments, including your co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible, are due at the time of service. We accept debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Pay My Bill
For your convenience, we offer a variety of methods to pay your bill. We accept cash, check and credit card payments in our office for our self pay patients.
We also offer the ability to pay your bill online through our patient portal.
